2017 Summer Games at Cal State Long Beach

Welcome to Summer Games!

2,000 volunteers are needed to make Summer Games possible for the 1,100 athletes that compete over two days in Athletics, Bocce, Basketball, Golf, Gymnastics and Swimming. 

Please note:
  • Athletics, Basketball, Bocce, Gymnastics and Swimming will be at Cal State Long Beach.
  • Golf will be off-site at Recreation Park Golf Course. 
  • The minimum age to volunteer at Summer Games is 14 years old.
  • All volunteers will need their own email address to register
  • We welcome fans of all ages to come out to Summer Games as Fans in The Stands (spectators) to cheer on the athletes as they compete for gold (registration is not required for a spectator role). 
  • If shifts are "full" please check back occasionally for available shifts
  • Registration closes on Friday June 9th at 8:00am
